Hola! I’m Sandra Elisa Loofbourow, a certified Q Instructor through CQI, a seasoned green buyer, roaster, barista, and published author. I was a founding Director of The Crown: Royal Coffee Lab & Tasting Room, and am co-host of the bilingual podcast Cafetera Intelectual. I am dedicated to creating a sustainable, ethical, and quality-focused coffee supply chain.

  • As a fluent Spanish speaker, I enrolled in Sandra Loofbourow's "Spanish for Coffee People" summer series primarily for the content in Lessons 3 and 4 - cupping Spanish and Spanish for Roasting Coffee. However, I found myself thoroughly enjoying each class. Sandra's teaching methodology is playful, kind, patient, and thoughtful, making the learning experience both engaging and enriching.
